1. Categories of Email We Send

Transactional & service messages

These relate to the operation of your account or the Service and are sent automatically without separate marketing consent. Examples include:

• account creation, verification, and password changes;
• security alerts (e.g., sign-in from a new device, suspicious activity);
• profile status notifications (e.g., approval, rejection, requests for additional information);
• billing receipts, invoices, and renewal notices, where applicable;
• legal or policy notices (e.g., changes to these policies, DMCA counter-notices).

Transactional emails do not require an unsubscribe link under the CAN-SPAM Act, but you can stop receiving them by closing your account.

Commercial messages

From time to time we may send commercial messages — for example, new feature announcements, product updates, educational content related to AI search visibility, or offers for paid services. Every commercial message will:

• use accurate header information (the "From," "To," "Reply-To," and routing information are truthful);
• use a non-misleading subject line that accurately reflects the content of the message;
• identify the message as an advertisement when required (typically by labeling, format, or context);
• include the postal address of AI MARKETING SALES LLC; and
• include a clear, conspicuous explanation of how to opt out of future commercial messages.

2. How to Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe from commercial messages at any time by:

• clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any commercial email;
• adjusting your communication preferences in your account settings; or
• emailing support@teamsecretagents.com with the subject "unsubscribe" and the email address you want removed.

We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We do not charge a fee, require you to provide information beyond your email address and opt-out preference, or require you to take any other steps as a condition of honoring your request. Opt-out applies to commercial messages from us. We will continue to send transactional and service messages necessary to operate the Service.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party email-delivery and customer-communication providers to send messages on our behalf. We require those providers to comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable law. We are responsible for ensuring our commercial messages comply with this Policy, even when sent through a provider.

5. State and International Laws

Where state laws (such as California's anti-spam statute) or non-U.S. laws (such as Canada's CASL or the EU's ePrivacy Directive) impose stricter requirements — such as express prior consent for commercial messaging — we will comply with those requirements when sending to recipients in the applicable jurisdiction. By providing your email address and opting in where required, you consent to receive the categories of messages described in Section 1.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you received a message from us in error, or that a message appears to spoof Secret Agents AI Business Index, please report it to support@teamsecretagents.com.

7. Changes

We may update this Email Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in line with our Privacy Policy.
